General Shipping Notice

All orders are shipped in full. If you place an order that includes a unit on pre-order, the entire order will be shipped per the pre-order date.

U.S. Shipping

We ship Fedex or UPS ground. If a signature is required for delivery, please note that on your purchase or call us at 212-947-9001 x 555. Please allow 7-12 business days for your order. A shipping and handling fee of $4.95 is applied to all U.S. orders.

Please note, we do not offer gift wrapping. We do not ship more than 5 pieces in a single shipment. Any notes entered on an order will not be applied to the shipment.

We do not ship to PO box. Any order placed with a PO Box Ship To address will not be processed.



International Shipping

We are happy to announce we now offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

The shipping cost for all international orders is $50.

International shipping is not available on small ticket items.

All orders shipped outside of the US are subject to local customs, duties and taxes. Danielle Nicole is not responsible for any fees incurred after your order has shipped. All taxes must be paid at point of delivery.

We cannot mark international shipments as “gifts.”



Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days from the day the merchandise is received. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned at any time. Please contact customercare@danielle-nicole.com to request a return.



Delays

If for any reason your order is to be delayed, due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.
